Consensus Wiki

All in one, and one in All

To contact the manager of this project, please contact Tom Kaneko using the following address: Image:Address.png

ConsensusWiki aims to provide the internet with a tool for any group, whether it is an organization or society, to speak with one voice. It builds on the wiki model of the free, democratic sharing of knowledge, to create a new model that enables the free and democratic sharing of wisdom, brought about through the consensus building process.

The project is still in development and planning stages, so we have very little to show the potential user. Why don't you sign up to our mailing list, so we can notify you when the alpha version is released.

Developers

As a community, we aim to create a web-based tool for societies, communities and organizations to make collectively intelligent decisions. Through discussion, criticism and understanding, large collectives of users will be able to make strong, democratic decisions through the process of consensus.

This open source project will combine the simplicity and clarity of MediaWiki with the power of discussion, provided by PHP BB forums. It will be distributed under a GNU GPL (General Public License) free of charge, in keeping with the MediaWiki and PHPBB terms of use.

We are building a team of developers to start the operation. If you want to contribute in any way, please leave us a message on the forums. Please also look at the Project Brief for more details on the software.
